Connelly: LGBTQ Americans get Trump cold shoulder, HIV/AIDS panel fired

President Trump ends the year by firing, without explanation, all 16 members of the President's Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS.  The action ends a year in which his administration has showin active hostility toward the cause of gay, lesbian and transgender rights.
