Connelly: LGBTQ Americans get cold shoulder from Trump

The Obama administration gave a warm embrace to the LGBTQ community. It is now getting a very cold shoulder. The Trump administration is quietly rolling back recognition and protection given gay, lesbian and transgender Americans during the Obama administration.
