Connelly: Latest Eyman initiative: 'Let's stick it to Sound Transit'

Tim Eyman goes back to a $30 car tab initiative, the 1999 measure which launched him as an initiative promoter.  The new Eyman message:  "Let's stick it to Sound Transit."
