Connelly: Judge upholds Seattle's collective-bargaining law for Uber, Lyft drivers

U.S. District Judge Bob Lasnik has rejected a legal challenge to Seattle's first-in-the-nation law that allows local ride share drivers with Uber and Lyft to organize and collectively bargain for better wages and working conditions.
