Connelly: House revives Sea Grant program, marked for extinction by Trump

The National Sea Grant College program, marked for extinction in the Trump budget, is being revived in Congress.  The House Appropriations Committee voted it $63 million this week.  The University of Washington uses Sea Grant not only to sustain research, but a variety of community outreach programs.
