Connelly: Hasegawa says city bank 'total solution' for Seattle

State Sen. Bob Hasegawa, running for Seattle Mayor, believes creation of a municipal bank is a "total solution" to the city's problems of housing and homelessness. He is running a low budget campaign, but is wowing Democratic district meetings.
