Connelly: Durkan is a frontrunner for mayor, but not a sure bet

Jenny Durkan was far ahead of the Seattle Mayor field in Tuesday's primary, with 31.6 percent of the vote.  She still has far to go to become the first woman to serve as Seattle mayor in 91 years.
