Connelly: Can a new SDOT director make a disaster start to deliver?

Our city is about to get a new director of the Seattle Department of Transportation.SDOT could more accurately be called the "Department of Disasters" for its inaccurate cost estimates, its $12 million-a-mile bicycle lanes, and its inconveniencing of the citizenry.
