Connelly: Arts groups raise $1.67M for big ballot measure

Big Seattle culture, arts and science organizations are giving big to King County Prop. 1, the $469 million levy on the Aug. 1 ballot.  The measure would do good -- providing cultural access for kids and low-income residents -- but the arts organizations stand to do very, very well.
