Charges: Repeat offender killed Seattle clerk in random attack

King County prosecutors say David A. Moore attacked William Hardee Cross on the evening of Jan. 10 while Cross was working at Union Street Market. Moore, 49, was one of three murder suspects arrested Wednesday in connection to Seattle killings.
