Charges: Man terrorized S. Seattle neighbors with pellet gun, racial slurs

Police arrested a 57-year-old man Monday after multiple South Seattle neighbors of his reported a series of escalating threatening behavior from him, including shooting a car and pet cat with a pellet gun and issuing racial slurs.
