Though it seems as if we were just ankle-deep in snow, Capitol Hill Block Party is revving up for the summer.The 23rd CHBP will take place this year from July 19-21 in the Pike Pine corridor; headliners include producer RL Grime, electro-pop duo Phantogram, and singer-rapper-flautist-twerk icon Lizzo. Also making an appearance: Portland's favorite rapper Aminé, British electronic music duo Snakehips, badass crooner Mitski, Native producer and DJ crew from Toronto A Tribe
