Canada's Trudeau commits $650 million for reproductive rights, defends abortion

Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau uses International Women's Day to pledge $650 million (C) to global reproductive rights, and to defend "the right of women to choose when, how (and) with whom to start a family."
