Building projects under review in Sept.: What's in your 'hood?

The brick-and-mortar location of El Camion ("the truck"), located at the corner of Northwest 65th Street and 15th Avenue Northwest across from Ballard High School, will soon give way to a four-story, 27-unit structure -- one of many projects around Seattle going before the city's design review board in September.
