Beautiful New Garden on 11th Avenue

Someone planted a precious little flower garden in one of the dirt pits/open toilets/expansive ashtrays on 11th—right outside the Value Village, steps from our offices. I don't know what those innocent-looking flowering plants did in their past lives to be sent here to die.
