Amtrak train to Portland turns back due to mudslide, upsetting passengers

Hundreds of people were returned to Tacoma, Tukwila and Seattle’s King Street Station, where it arrived at 10:09 p.m., some four hours after Cascades Train 509 departed Seattle on March 30.
