Activist groups file First Amendment lawsuit in Seattle over ICE arrests

Two Washingtonians, including well-known activist Maru Mora-Villalpando, are among those targeted for speaking out about immigration policies and arrests, according to the lawsuit.The intent, it says, is to "stifle dissent."
