A cloud over Washington coast: What will Trump do to the Coast Guard?

A dark cloud hangs over the Washington coast. "This is a region where jobs are tied to the water," said U.S. Rep. Derek Kilmer, D-Wash.  The Trump administration is proposing to slash and drown programs vital to the coast, and talking about deep cuts to the Coast Guard.
