5% boost sought in 520 bridge tolls; overnight freebie to end

On July 1 — and again next year — Highway 520 tolls could rise 5 percent to a peak rate of $4.10, a smaller increase than originally projected. A new toll of $1.25 is proposed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
