Meth head arrested after stealing a bike that had an air tag, in Orange

Last night a local college student had her bicycle stolen from the side of her house. Fortunately, there was an air tag hidden on the bicycle, according to the Orange Police Department.With the victim’s assistance, police officers quickly located the bicycle in the area and arrested the suspect who was also in possession of a meth pipe.
The bicycle was returned to the owner and the suspect was booked at the Orange County Jail.The suspect was not identified by the police. He was very short
