City of Santa Ana construction ahead of schedule due to COVID-19

The City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency has successfully taken advantage of the historically low traffic volumes due to COVID-19 impacts to accelerate construction activities and deliver projects ahead of their scheduled completion.
