98-year-old man dies days after falling off scooter in Santa Ana

The victim, identified as Jose Juarez De Martnez of Santa Ana fell off the scooter around 11:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 18, at the intersection of 4th and Santa Fe streets, Santa Ana police Cpl.
