We're fans of the wursts coming out of the kitchen at the new Waldmann Brewery & Wurstery , so we chatted with chef Karl Gerstenberger about how he got into the art of charcuterie and sausage making. What's your first food memory? Blueberry pancakes at my grandmother's house in Vermont.
