'Villifying an entire community ... does not serve justice'

In case you missed it, the Minnesota politics story of the day is the Fox 9 story last night on "rampant fraud" in a state program that funds child care. There's some good information in the story and the Minnesota Department of Human Services acknowledges there are fraud investigations underway involving millions of dollars.
