Video shows truck entering freeway, almost hitting protesters on I-35W bridge

MnDOT traffic cameras show the tanker truck entering Interstate 94 via the Hennepin/Lyndale ramp that was not barricaded in timeto protect protesters a few miles away on the I-35W Bridge.
