Tornado warnings in effect until 7:30 p.m. southwest of Twin Cities

Warnings are in effect until 7:30 for areas southwest of the Twin Cities, the National Weather Service said. The Twins game is being delayed, and a tornado watch has been issued in parts of the south and west metro until 10 p.m.
