Toast popping up all over

The cured salmon tartine with creme fraiche, quail egg, salmon roe and pickles on rye toast is served during breakfast for $14 at Salty Tart in the old Heartland building at 589 E. Fifth St.t in St. Paul. The restaurant open for breakfast and lunch every day is run by Michelle Gayer, owner and chef.
