Thursday night's Lowry Hill Tunnel closure delayed until 11 p.m.

With all the traffic expected in downtown Minneapolis Thursday night, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has delayed the closure of the westbound lanes of I-94 through the Lowry Hill Tunnel until 11 p.m.
