Storm triggers snow emergencies, cancellations, crashes

As of noon three inches of snow or so had accumulated inside the I-494/694 loop, with higher amounts heading west on I-94. Near Otsego, Big Lake and areas en route to St. Cloud amounts are between four and six inches, and models suggest there is more on the way for some of those areas.
