South metro police blotter, Sept. 24

Two men, 20 and 25, were cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Sunset Drive and Cedar Lane Drive. Officers responded to Holzer Park on Syndicate Street on a report of three teenagers spray painting the cement floor at the shelter.
