Snow, drizzle, wind pummel Minnesota with a jolt of January

By the time snowfall tapers off Saturday, the storm will have dropped 4 to 7 inches of snow in the Twin Cities metro area and higher amounts to the west and north. Winds are expected to pick up and temps to plunge.
