Seven arrested after fights, shots-fired near St. Paul Cinco de Mayo celebration

Police arrested seven people after several instances of fights and shots-fired near St. Paul's Cinco de Mayo festival on Saturday. No injuries were reported in those cases, though a man was seriously injured in the hours after the festival ended on the West Side.
