Settlement for Castile's girlfriend will be $800K

St. Anthony City Council voted 4-0 to settle with Diamond Reynolds for $675,000 while Reynolds will receive another $125,000 from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust and the city of Roseville, making the total settlement $800,000.
