Safety issues plague Minnesota's largest school bus provider

Nearly 1 in 8 school buses operated by First Student flunked the state's safety test, reporting brake problems, flat tires, steering issues and other problems. A company spokesman said its large fleet size has led to more inspections than other carriers.
