Rochester-Olmsted planning director on administrative leave

Mitzi Baker, executive director of the Rochester-Olmsted Planning Department, was placed on administrative leave last week, government officials confirmed. Calls to Olmsted County Administrator Heidi Welsch were forwarded to Dale Ignatius, director of human resources, who stated that Baker was put on administrative leave for an unspecified period of time.
