Police investigating St. Paul homicide, 2nd within 24 hours

St. Paul police are investigating a homicide in the 900 block of West University Avenue early Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017. St. Paul police are investigating a homicide on Sunday, the second in the Frogtown neighborhood within 24 hours.
