With the new mayoral administration taking particular interest, St. Paul's public works supervisors are gearing up for a complex slate of weather conditions that will hit the city over the next couple of days. As of Wednesday afternoon, the National Weather Service predicted only a couple of inches of snow from a storm set to hit the region through Thursday.
