One killed, 14 wounded in shooting inside St. Paul bar early Sunday

St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter released a statement Sunday morning saying the community "is devastated by the shocking scene from last night." The city's largest mass shooting in recent history took place just after midnight on Sunday at a busy bar on the 200 block of Seventh Street West.
