Officer 'gravely wounded' in Waseca shooting is ID'd, in critical condition

The suspect in the encounter was shot twice but expected to survive, according to the BCA. The incident happened Monday night after police responded to reports of a disturbance at a residence in the city, about 70 miles south of the Twin Cities.
