Next week's Minnesota deep freeze could be coldest in more than 20 years

That punch of cold air will be preceded by a potent snowstorm. A winter storm watch was issued for much of southern Minnesota, including the Twin Cities, and western Wisconsin. About 5 to 9 inches of snow is expected late Sunday and into Monday.
