Nelson: Restore free speech to college campuses

Minnesota Sen. Carla Nelson thinks so. The Rochester Republican on Friday unveiled a bill, the Campus Neutrality Bill, that in large part reiterates students' rights already guaranteed under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution - rights that Nelson says have been infringed upon.
