Multiple first responders rush to scene of Victoria small-plane crash

There was no early official word on possible casualties. According to witnesses and Minnesota Department of Transportation traffic cameras, the plane crashed near Hwy. 5 and County Road 11. Hwy. 5 was closed in both directions between Stieger Lake Lane and Victoria Drive.
