MnDOT stiffs outstate Minnesota with decision

It is obvious to us that the Minnesota Department of Transportation's decision on which projects will get Corridors of Commerce money this year is not friendly to outstate Minnesota. The state has $400 million available for Corridors of Commerce this year.
