Missing Bethel student

Sarah Kay Thommen, 19, was last seen on Bethel's campus in Arden Hills about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to a flier posted to the Ramsey County sheriff's Twitter account. She was wearing a long black North Face parka, jeans, reddish-brown boots and a black backpack, the flier said.
