Minnesotans help hurricane victims

Emma Townsend, 4, of New Richmond, Wisc., drew pictures on a cardboard box that would be used to pack dried meals for Hurricane Harvey victims in Houston. She was there volunteering with her grandmother, Rhonda Townsend.
