Minnesota first-dose COVID-19 vaccine rate nears 60%

Gov. Tim Walz hopes Minnesota reaches 70% in June, at which point the state's indoor mask mandate will end. The state reported 12 COVID-19 deaths and 1,453 diagnosed infections.
