Medical examiner confirms: Jacobs deaths are murder-suicide

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner listed the cause of death for both of them as "multiple gunshot wounds," and ruled Alexandra Jacobs' death a homicide and Irwin Jacobs' death a suicide.
