Man shot near St. Paul elementary school

A man was shot near a St. Paul elementary school Tuesday and the school went into lockdown as a precaution. Officers were called to the area about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday after a man was shot in an alley behind the 400 block of Thomas Avenue.
