Man hospitalized after jump from St. Paul bridge

Ramsey County sheriff officials responded to the Robert Street Bridge incident about 2 p.m. The 31-year-old man was recovered downriver near the Lafayette Bridge and taken to Regions Hospital in stable condition, according to an undersheriff. "Heroic efforts" by a barge crew and coordination with public safety agencies led to the man getting help, said a St. Paul police official.
