Local eateries sued

Eric Mattson, owner of Mickey's Dining Car in downtown St. Paul, which is one of several St. Paul businesses that has been served a lawsuit by a private attorney saying that they are in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The suit alleges ADA violations in the parking lot, bathroom and entryway.
